ON THE ICE WE WILL BE RUNNING SKILL DRILLS THAT WILL COVER ALL AREAS OF THE GAME AND WE WILL FINISH EACH SESSION WITH 10-15 MINUTES OF SMALL AREA GAMES WHERE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO USE WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNED THAT DAY IN A COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT. DURING OUR OFF-ICE TRAINING SESSIONS WE WILL WORK ON THE FOUNDATION OF LEG STRENGTH, BALANCE, SPEED AND AGILITY WITH DRILLS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO USE DURING THE WINTER TO CONTINUE YOUR DEVELOPMENT.
